Hello from Southeast Alaska,
The past week we had a wonderful passage and fishing trip taking us from Petersburg back to Sitka. We were joined this week by Adventurous returning guest Bob Chadwell. Bob was joined by Ward Phillips, Tom Hale, Richard Maples, Joel Connell, and Tim Topham. This crew came aboard the Adventurous looking for fall stream fishing and Adventure. We had a wonderful contrast of weather and fishing this week ranging from outstanding weather and fishing to fair fishing and fairly rough weather. Our first two days cruising we found flat seas full of activity! Humpback whales, killer whales, porpoise, and great bottom fishing! moving to the streams the crew put to fly rods to work and had some wonderful catches on the fly! The week continued with some wonderful, crabbing, bear viewing, shrimping and fishing!
This was a wonderful September week stream-side in Southeast Alaska! Thanks to all of you for an incredible week!
